Who we are, why we're here.
Two McCauleys and two Logans form the core of InsideOut Solutions. Their vision and persistence have made us what we are today. Around that core of four, we have assembled a motley quirky diverse and talented team with a relentless focus on understanding and enabling our customers.
Individually and collectively, we have chosen to be here, in Sequim, because we love this place. It resonates for us. And while the place you have found may be quite different from ours, if you feel like it's the most beautiful place on earth, then we know where you're coming from... figuratively and literally.
Jeff Logan
1-800-500-8401 ext 305
Jeff Logan has developed successful websites for the travel industry since 1994. He specializes in sites for individual innkeepers, lodging associations and tourist destinations. Through Jeff's leadership, InsideOut has developed industry-specific web products, including interactive maps, online gift certificates, easy-to-use booking systems and promotional packages that keep his clients at the top of the search engines.
Most importantly, Jeff cares about developing lasting customer relationships. He's traveled across the country to meet clients in person, visit their inns and get a feel for what makes their regions special. Jeff is also a sought-after speaker. Over the years, he's spoken to more than 10,000 innkeepers, helping them better understand the opportunities offered by the Internet.
An award-winning web developer, Jeff has been recognized a number of times for his work in the hospitality and tourism industries. Most recently, he and his team won the Designer's Challenge, sponsored by the Professional Association of Innkeepers International. His awards also include Washington Festival & Events Association's 2002 Gold Summit Award for Best Idea to Promote Tourism in Washington State.
When he isn't working and researching new ideas, Jeff loves spending time with his wife, Beth, and their sons, Ben and Charlie. Jeff also enjoys kayaking, hiking and collecting music. An avid photographer, Jeff's images can often be found on sites promoting his home region, the Olympic Peninsula.
Beth Logan

Beth Logan is InsideOut's lead web designer. Her beautiful websites capture the essence of her clients' properties—a skill which has been recognized by awards such as PAII's Designer's Challenge. Since the B&B industry is based on providing unique experiences, she realizes the importance of conveying that individuality in her award-winning designs.
But there's more to her work than creating a pretty face. She also works with the web team to make sites search engine friendly and easy-to-use. "I love to design dynamic and functional sites that help draw people to a client's website," she says. "It's always rewarding to learn that one of my designs has led to increased bookings." Beth is dedicated to creating long-lasting relationships with her clients. They love working with her and appreciate her responsiveness to questions, as well as her attention to detail and honest feedback.
Originally, Beth had planned to become an elementary school teacher, that changed when she met Jeff and he introduced her to the web. As an artist she loved the outlet to use her skills in a way that helped sell the experience of individual inns.
Since then the business, as well as their boys, Ben and Charlie, have grown. The family enjoys traveling to new places, as well as taking care of their own little piece of heaven. After work, and the lap top is put away, you'll find Beth outside with the boys, tending to their gardens and chickens. If she's not there, she's at her piano, where she finds solitude playing her favorite music.

Beth Klaus

After selling the restaurant, she has worked as a bookkeeper/office manager handling numerous responsibilities for companies large and small.
From Illinois, Beth moved to Washington State's Olympic Peninsula with Jeff and their youngest son (their eldest remained for college). Kailey Lampert
1-800-500-8401 ext 312
Kailey was born in California's Bay Area and she lived there until 1999 when she moved up to Port Angeles, Washington with her family. Although the youngest of three by nearly 5 years, she feels more like a big sister than an aunt to her 5 year old nephew.
Kailey can't remember a time when her home was without a computer (and today it has six) so she quickly became fascinated with all they can do, and after a brief lesson on HTML in seventh grade, she came to have a deep interest in web-development. However, at the time, she didn't really get it, so after graduating from Port Angeles High School, she took two years of geek classes at the local community college and figured out everything she was doing wrong. Since then, she has taught herself even more and continues to expand on her understanding of web-building languages.
When she's not glued to her desk, she does enjoy traveling to wherever so that she can grow her playing card collection, which is currently somewhere around 230 complete decks.
As a side note, she's also hoping to update her photos on this page with some that are both recent and not taken by a cell phone!

She also managed a local band and became a dancehall queen during her stay in beautiful Belize.
When Katie returned to the United States, she came to live with her family in Washington State. In November 2007 she participated in a 9-week internship for the Sequim Gazette, which lead to a profitable free-lance position at the paper.
Now at Insideout Solutions, Katie is excited to learn as much as she can about the growing field of Search Engine Optimization, and explore new and fascinating ways to use her writing skills.
