Here at InsideOut Solutions, we love doing websites for lodging associations and travel destinations. We also enjoy taking on new challenges, so when Mariah Walters came to us for a redesign of her website, we gladly took on this new project.
But this wasn’t any simple redesign. TheInnkeeper has over 9,000 business listings, making it the largest association site we’ve done to date! Using WordPress means that the back end is more than able to handle this load, and every listing is easily updated by all of her members. New members can also sign up and pay dues online, with very little work on Mariah’s part.
The website itself is simple for visitors to use as well, thanks to the flexibility of WordPress. Choose your destination state or country and quickly see all of the member inns, hotels, or bed & breakfasts in that area. Each listing includes pictures, the address of the chosen lodging, contact phone number, website address, and if provided, an availability calendar.
Mariah’s team is also able to easily blog using their travel expertise. Travel tips, bargains, and worldwide news are accessible for visitors to browse.

A List of Tucson & Southern Arizona Bed and Breakfasts new website.
A List of Tucson & Southern Arizona Bed & Breakfasts has been a client of InsideOut since 2002, and this is the second website that InsideOut Solutions has developed for them. Some of the features available on their new site include searching by city, name, or available amenities. There are also Google Maps that display all members within a particular radius – allowing for a very intuitive search by location option. Members of this association are able to manage most details of their own listing, including updating their photos. ListBB’s president, Rosemary Brown, runs her own inn as well, Hacienda del Desierto, and InsideOut Solutions has had the pleasure to work with her to manage her own inn’s website in addition to the association’s.

Working with the diverse state of Kentucky on their new Association web site was a pleasure. They were looking forward to utilizing some of the great tools we have developed for Bed and Breakfast Association web sites, such as an interactive map, our varied means for searching for lodging, and a special rotating “featured inns” section in the footer. They are also the first association to use our new reviews feature. This allows an association to show reviews from TripAdvisor, Bedandbreakfast.com, BnbFinder.com and Yelp.com right on a members listing.
The New Site for B&B Association of Kentucky
Our goal, like with most Association sites, was to create a tool that would benefit the members. The first week of statistics have been great, with an extremely low bounce rate of 13.37%, 10.20 pages per visit, and 8:14 minutes average time on site!
Our interactive map is colorful and engaging, allowing the user to click on the region they are interested in, as well as on the title of that region from the map key. This click brings them directly to the page with the B&B listings for that region. These listings are not organized alphabetically, but rotate randomly so that each inn has a chance to be the #1 listing for their region. However, the user does have the ability to organize them by alpha should they prefer.
The regions map is not the only way a user can search for a Kentucky Bed and Breakfast. The member’s listings are also available by city, alphabetically, search field or even specials and packages.
There is also an extensive section on interests and destinations in Kentucky for users to explore and browse in conjunction with the Kentucky Tourism web site.
We are so glad to have worked with the Bed and Breakfast Association of Kentucky, and look forward to seeing the site pay off for their members!

InsideOut Solutions is pleased to announce that we will be designing a new site for the Kentucky Bed and Breakfast Association. The site will launch in August, and will be a more effective venue for the more than 60 bed and breakfasts in the state.
Kentucky is a beautiful state that is rich in history. Many of the bed and breakfasts are historic inns: a secluded farmhouses on a hundred acres; a renovated Shaker Tavern; an 1850s log cabin. There are newly built inns as well, some in contemporary style and some more traditional. The new site will make finding the right bed and breakfast a pleasant experience for travelers in- and to- Kentucky.
We look forward to working with the Kentucky Bed and Breakfast Association, and to creating a seamless new look for them.

InsideOut Solutions is pleased to have been selected to design a new site for the the Nebraska Association of Bed and Breakfasts. The NABB represents almost fifty inns from all over this diverse state, from Scottsbluff to Humbolt to Crofton. We look forward to designing a site that will showcase the natural beauty of Nebraska, and help travelers find bed and breakfasts to suit them.
Many visitors are interested in exploring the varied terrain of Nebraska. The landscape has ranch and farm land, woods and rolling hills, surprising sandhills, and crystal clear rivers and streams. There are inns spread out along miles of trails that cross the state, inviting bikers to inn-hop. Some inns cater to outdoor sportsmen, and even provide kennels and extra-large freezers for their guests. Other inns are steeped in the history of the region.
In short, there is much to praise in Nebraska, and we at InsideOut are determined to build a site for the Nebraska Association of Bed and Breakfasts that underscores that. The new site will launch in August.

We are proud to present the Professional Innkeepers Association of New Orleans web site to the world!
BBNOLA, as we have so fondly referred to the site, went live on Friday. It is a beautiful site, full of nifty features and insightful traveler information.
The site also features one of our signature maps – thanks Jack! – showing the city broken down by neighborhood. It is a great Google map displaying the sections of the city with B&Bs highlighted and color coordinated.
MEMBER ALERT! Make sure to download the BBNOLA graphic to your homepage so that you can proudly proclaim you are a member of this exclusive group, and also link to the association Web site. We are recommending that all members do this for marketing and SEO purposes. The more links the new Web site has, the more it will growing the rankings. Therefore, the better your business’ visibility will become through being linked to an important site like BBNOLA.

The sunshine state is marketing itself in a whole new way!
Our prodigious web team has created another beautiful Web site for the Accredited Inns and Bed and Breakfasts of Florida. With a beautiful and colorful Web site, the design reminds the viewer of the lush and tropical nature of the state.
An interactive map, one of our specialties here at InsideOut, makes it easy to navigate through the site and find out more about the different regions. Once you zoom into a particular area, major highways, rivers, and with accredited B&Bs appear.
The new Florida Bed and Breakfasts Inns Web site.
We try to make our sites as easy as possible for potential customers. We have the inns organized by region, amenities, city, specials, and alphabetically. That way, hopefully, they will find whatever they are looking for without a struggle.
There is also an in-depth travel guide included on the site. Each region of the state has information on family or romantic travel, thrifty travel tips, nature-based travel, meeting and event facilities and recommendations about how to get “off the beaten path”.
Take a moment to explore the new Florida B&B Web site, and find out for yourself all the sunshine state has to offer!
