How to Join a Webinar

Click the link below the webinar description. Your computer will then ask your permission to download the GoToMeeting software. Click "Allow."

After the software has been downloaded onto your computer, you will see this message:

The GoToMeeting control panel will appear on your screen.

Choose Your Audio Settings

To listen to and speak with the presenter and other attendees, we recommend calling in with your telephone (note: the phone number is not toll-free). You can also use your computer's microphone and speakers, although the audio quality tends to be low using this method.

Telephone

To call in using your phone, make sure the "Telephone" option is selected in your GoToMeeting control panel audio settings:

Dial the telephone number provided in your GoToMeeting control panel: +1 (714) 551-0020. Note that this is not a toll-free number.

Enter the audio code, followed by the # sign: 673-938-894 #. Push 1 to confirm the number.

Enter the audio PIN provided in your control panel, followed by the # sign: 83 #.

Computer Microphone & Speakers

To use your computer's microphone and speakers, select the "Mic & Speakers" option in the Audio section of your GoToMeeting control panel.  Note: you will need a microphone to join the conversation using this method and will need to chat the presenter in order to have your microphone turned on.
